HF & JH Glover moved to Hartley Bottom Farm in 1912. Four generations on, our farming business has expanded to include our Equestrian and Country Store (opened in 1979) and Glovers Quality Meats. If you have never visited us, then come on in. We can cater for all your butchery needs, from a single sausage to freezer orders and anything in between, with quality and service you can trust. Our butchers will cut your meat exactly the way you want it – anything from old-fashioned cuts of meat to the latest must-have joints. We make our own sausages, burgers, bacon and ham, and since the shop opened in 1998, we have won a number of awards for our produce. We also serve several local restaurants, pubs and shops.
